摘 要:真空玻璃是一种新型节能玻璃,在提倡控制建筑能耗、低碳环保、节能减排的城市建设中有着广泛的应用。本文阐述了真空玻璃的结构和节能原理,在此基础上对真空玻璃的传热机制进行了深入的分析,为准确描述真空玻璃的传热过程和精确计算真空玻璃的传热量提供了理论依据。结果表明:真空玻璃传热系数与真空压强正相关, 真空度决定真空玻璃隔热性能;真空玻璃双面镀低辐射膜能够隔绝更多的辐射热交换,其效果比单面镀膜好。
Abstract: Vacuum glazing is a new product of energy-saving glass, has an important role in urban construction which promote low carbon, environment protection, energy conservation, reducing building energy consumption. The structure and insulation theory of the vacuum glazing were firstly stated, then the heat transfer mechanism of vacuum glazing has also been deeply analyzed which provides a theoretical basis for the accurate description and precise calculation of the heat transfer process in vacuum glazing. The results showed that heat transfer coefficient of the vacuum glazing was positive correlation with the residual pressure. The insulation performance of the vacuum glazing was dependent on its vacuum degree. Low-E film coated on both surfaces of the vacuum glazing isolated the most radiant heat. It is much better than the vacuum glazing with Low-E film coated on single surface.
